Competence in sustainability and design
Airyday is shaking up the sunscreen business with creams that combine SPF 50+ with high-performance skin care. Airyday’s products come in sustainable aluminium tubes made by TUBEX. Airyday uses the Blue Tube Evo for its large tubes, and the Monotube for its Eco-Minis. Both tubes are made of 100% recycled aluminium with 95% PCR content. They support a closed packaging-to-packaging loop and cut emissions by up to 70%. Tubex’s Monotubes elegantly combine the benefits of a sampler and a mini, with less environmental impact and a great customer experience. Every part of the tube is produced from a single material. It is manufactured in just one production step that includes the closure so that there is no need to separately manufacture and screw on a plastic cap. The clever design gives consumers the option of using all the product in one go or resealing it temporarily. The design concept of the tubes is also convincing and visually striking. The large tubes impress with a trendy beige and brown matt finish combined with a fresh pink and turquoise lettering, which picks up the colouring of the smaller tubes. The elegant and puristic design of the larger tubes is skilfully rounded off by beige and brown matt flip-top caps matching the colours of the tubes. The small monotubes in their striking fresh pink and turquoise with matt finish are also real eye-catchers thanks to their colour scheme and clear, no-frills design.
