Luxurious appearance that catches the eye

Ulus Cosmetics from Turkey produces solarium products for beauty centers under the Lativnus brand. Lativnus products are used as tanning lotions before solarium sessions in beauty centers aimed at professional use. The laminate tubes for this premium tanning lotion are PBL 350/25-micron tubes which are produced by the Turkish manufacturer Perfektüp. They are more niche, luxurious, and eye-catching rather than having a standard appearance. To convey a sense of luxury in the packaging of these newly released products, gold, black, and burgundy colours were chosen, and the parrot figure in the design should have a mirror effect. Since achieving this mirror effect on PBL tubes is very challenging, initial R&D studies were conducted on this matter, and the desired appearance was achieved as a result of these studies. To maintain the aesthetic appearance of the tubes, black shoulders and caps were used instead of white ones. The caps were coated with a glossy gold color and a special design conveys a mono-material appearance to the tubes. Perfektüp used the decoseam technology for the body welds to ensure smooth seams, paying attention to the straps during welding. On top of that, the tube achieves a special membrane appearance thanks to special blades during membrane sealing. This perfection down to the smallest detail pays off. The tubes are a real eye-catcher and stand for luxurious premium appeal.
