A visual experience: exclusivity with glitz and glamour

With the "Glow" tubes for Balea by DM, EPL Germany has succeeded in creating a real showpiece. The "Glow" hand fluid is the perfect accessory for the hands and comes in a stylish laminate tube in an eye-catching, metallic silver look. This look is created by the high-quality "Platina™ ME" material, which was specially developed by the manufacturer. The packaging is a statement for the environment. The Platina™ ME laminate, as it were, is made of HDPE, as is the shoulder and also the cap, which makes the tube as a whole fully recyclable in the HDPE stream and therefore also recyclable. With a diameter of 35 mm and a laminate thickness of 300µ, the tube is on the one hand robust and durable and, in combination with the octagonal closure, on the other hand contributes to a lower weight of the packaging, which means an additional material saving compared to conventional hand cream tubes. To give the tube a visual highlight, the printed image was enhanced with a cold foil with hologram, which is combined in-line with EPL’s state-of-the-art flexographic printing process. The gloss varnish rounds off the print and gives the whole thing a noble finish. It also provides optimum protection for the inks and cold foil against external influences. Thus, this tube impressively proves that sustainability does not have to be at the expense of a high-quality brand presence at the point of sale.
