A fantastic look - appearance in the colours of the sun

The Spanish producer Petroplast produces the plastic tubes for the gel après soleil à aloe vera visage & corps of the company YUMI BEAUTY. The tubes made of natural PE material are decorated with gradient offset printing plus silkscreen to maintain their fascinating and eye-catching look. The gradient printing ensures that the consumer can see the product inside the tube. In order to achieve a striking overall appearance of the tubes, the technical requirements for production and the individual decorative features were perfectly implemented. The white offset base gradient to get better quality printing colour and the yellow offset gradient fit perfectly. In addition, it was a challenge to achieve a good colour coverage at the top of the tube to avoid that the air chamber can be seen. A premium finish with black silk screen printing rounds off the result and ensures a fantastic overall image of the tubes and a great appearance at the point of sale.
